I had difficulty in making on line bookings in India from Australia, so I called the Indian Ambassador at the Embassy in Brisbane, and she gave me your company details and recommended you highly as an ethical and reliable agent in India.

I emailed ChariotIndia and made contact with them. After many emails we booked and paid for all our rail travel and other excursions. This was March 2015. I am a doctor of Chiropractic and during a routine spinal adjustment my appendix ruptured and I was rushed to hospital and underwent surgery. I had complications and remained in post operative ward for 16 days. I was forced to cancel all our travel arrangements. ChariotIndia adjusted the money I had paid them and gave me a refund. They were at all times empathetic and cooperative and promptly in giving me a refund.

I re booked for December 2015 with ChariotIndia, for my son and I to fly into Delhi, travel by rail to Kathgodam and Nani Tal. Then train down to Agra for a viewing of the Taj Mahal on Christmas eve. We continued by rail on to Jodhpur, Jaipur, Udiapur, and the flew to Mumbai for New Year's Eve. ChariotIndia made all the arrangements. They were most helpful and patient after all the confusion because of rebooking and the many changes we made.

I want to thank Chariot India for the excellent arrangements made for our recent visit to Rajastan. Supha and I had a wonderful time, which was made even better because pretty much everything was taken care of for us. The vehicles were in good condition and suitable for the driving that is required in Rajastan. The drivers were safe and courteous. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. The Chariot India ground staff in each location were attentive to our needs. The hotels were all fine, and two of them (in Jaipur and Rohet) were exceptionally good. I will be in touch again when we begin planning our next visit to India.
